About the Instructors

Steven E. WilliamsSteven E. Williams, author of the online course, is an active Mobile Notary, Notary Signing Agent and member of the American Society of Notaries. He conducts Notary Public Review Seminars at Columbia-Greene Community College, Schenectady County Community College and SUNY Adirondack. As a witness-only Notary Signing Agent, Steven has processed hundreds of residential mortgage loan document packages on behalf of lenders, title companies and settlement agents since 2007. In addition to being a commissioned notary, he is a N.Y. State licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and licensed Insurance Broker (Property & Casualty, Life, Accident & Health).
Viktor BujanowViktor Bujanow, CIC, CPIA, advisor and contributor, has been a Notary Public more than 25 years. He earned the Certified Notary Signing Agent designation from the National Notary Association. He has conducted notary classes throughout New York State. For many years, Viktor was an adjunct professor at Bryant & Stratton College, Albany Campus, where he taught not only notary classes but also insurance and real estate licensing and continuing education courses. He is President of VIA Insurance Agency, Inc., Niverville.
